Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our Products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover or you can pay with PayPal using any card you want. We ship only in the USA


We use UPS to ship within the continental United States. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and other parts of the world we use USPS. On average ground shipping + packaging cost about $2.75 per pound, starting a $6.00 minimum (more to Hawaii and Alaska $4.50 per pound). We charge $5.00 handling fee for orders under $25.00.
Orders Shipped within our State of California pay 8.75% State Taxes.
All orders to Exterior should be above $200.00 and should be made by e.mail or phone for propper shipping charges.
Take on average no more then 7 business days for domestic orders get to you from the time you order. Some orders may take up to 10 business days or 2 weeks depending on location or size of the order. Over 90% of orders are shipped within 24 hours, or the next business day.

All ExtremeGard productos are shipped from the factory and may take to Two Weeks to be shipped.


Return, Exchange & Credit Policy
Call us for instructions for return policy. If it is a mistake on our part, we will replace or give you credit or a full refund.
If the returned product cost under $50.00 we charge $10.00 re-stocking fee and a 15% re-stocking charge on products over $50.00 will apply if product is returned due to costumer error.

Exchanges: To keep our prices low, please make sure of item, sizes and colors when placing an order, It's very costly to exchange, You will have to pay for shipment plus $10.00 for handling fee. ($10.00 includes: re-stocking, transaction fees, packaging and paper work) To exchange, place a new order and ship the products you want to exchange back to us, for a refund.


Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods at the delivery address. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Any merchandise returned for any reason, must be received in the same condition as it was shipped. That is it must be in 100% resalable condition with all product packaging. Under no circumstances will CamoOuterwear.Com accept merchandise that has been laundered, or has been used to the extent that it can no longer be considered as being new merchandise, this includes but is not limited to merchandise that is covered with animal hair. If used merchandise or merchandise that has delivered beyond 15 days is returned to us we will promptly ship it back to you and charge you for return shipping!


SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ANY REASON NOR WILL WE PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
� All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, labels, tags, etc.).

� Original packaging. Returns must be made in two weeks from the date you received
(No expences will by charged from you in this case and we will pay for you to send the wrong product back to us)



CANCELLATIONS: Cancelations is rarely possible and MAY be possible if it's done only few minutes after it's placed. Orders are routed direct to our warehouse to be processed. Orders may be shipped the same day if it's placed by 10:00am PST. Once the order has been shipped no cancellation is possible and 15% re-stocking fee will be charged and we do NOT refund shipping charges on customer errors and exchanges.
